  The team at F45 our honestly like a little family to me, the Mooloolaba studio is not only a great place to train but all the trainers and staff are always so happy, energetic and positive! They will always go above and beyond! I joined F45 Mooloolaba in the middle of 2016 with an existing shoulder injury and the trainers were great at providing modifications to exercises, mobility and stretching exercises and also different techniques to move and strengthen my shoulder. Now in 2017, I am working out completely pain free and am the happiest, fittest and strongest I have ever been with my own body goals! ????????????????????????
